Assignment of cost element to element in material costing is incorrect

Hello all,
I hope someone can help me.
I am currently performing a Materialkalk. which was also carried out in 2011!
In 2011 everything was correct. Now in 2012 it assigns the costs (cost elements) no longer correctly to the elements, which are set in the element schema!
In the detail of the btreffenden positions appears at the element (not assigned) and he knows it to the element Other (which has no interval of cost elements).
Nothing has been changed in the settings!
Is there anything year related that needs to be set so that it does the assignment correctly again?
Would be pleased about answers!
Many greetings D.A

    Hello D.A.,
the following explanations come to mind:
    - Do you use provenance groups in the assignments? If so, are the origin groups of the component parts correctly assigned in the cost component structure?
    - Have you changed anything in the account determination so that the consumption of semi-finished products or raw materials is posted under a different cost element than in 2011?
    - Are you using materials as assemblies or raw materials that were not used in 2011? Are possibly the consumption accounts of these materials not assigned in the cost component structure?
There could be similar explanations for activity allocation and overhead. For which accounts (material, activity or GK) does the error appear at all?
    Greetings, Martin

    Hello Mr. Munzel,
    Thank you for your answer!
Unfortunately, your explanations could not help me yet.
    - We do not use origin groups in this calculation.
    - Nothing has been changed in the account determination. The values of the individual cost elements are also correct. They are just no longer assigned correctly (as in 2011) as defined in the cost component structure!
    - Also the third point I can answer with no, nothing has changed in relation to 2011!!!
It is about the element (production costs)!!!
    Yours sincerely
    D.A.

    Hi D.A.,
when it comes to production costs, please check if there are secondary cost elements that were not used before. Otherwise I can't think of anything else - I can only offer you to send me screenshots from which it is comprehensible which cost elements are not assigned and which assignments were made to the cost component structure.
You can find my mail address via the link to my homepage in my signature.
    Best regards,

    Hello Mr. Munzel,
I thank you first of all for your answers!
I have solved the problem now.
In the cost component structure, primary cost component split was checked. After this was taken out, the calculation worked correctly and the elements were assigned.
Have a nice day and thank you again!
    With kind regards
    D.A.
