  Hello csag3230,
  what do you mean by "sales offices and profit center are related" ?
  Should the profit center be derived from the sales office in an SD billing document ?
  We have done this with the PCA substitution (transaction 0KEM), where we access the table TVBUR, which we have previously extended with an append structure by a customer field (ZZPRCTR) and have maintained the corresponding profit center for each sales office.

  Hi csag3230,
  we have introduced an internal Z-table which, depending on the sales organization and industry code1 from the customer master record, creates a substitution and even changes the profit center from the material master (which is plant related in our case) to a business unit related profit center.
  So we can adjust the profit center from the material master again.
  This table is queried when creating sales orders.
