GoBD und DART
Hallo Zusammen,
wir sind im Moment am Anfang der Suche nach einem DMS-System. Dabei stellt sich nun auch die Frage, ob das DART-Tool von SAP ebenfalls die Anforderungen der GoBD erfüllt. Ich kenne DART als ein Archivierungstool für SAP-Daten, weiß aber nicht, ob man es umfassend als DMS-System einsetzen kann.
1. Kann man mit DART auch elektronische Rechnungen, PDF oder Emails, wie es den Anforderungen der GoBD entspricht sichern.
2. Können auch Daten anderer Systeme - bei uns die Personalabrechnung auf DATEV - ebenfalls in DART abgespeichert werden
3. Was passiert bei einem evtl. Systemwechsel: Können die DART-Daten dann ebenfalls noch gelesen werden etc.
Ich wäre für Input sehr dankbar.
