GEBERIT is looking for YOU: HR Specialist (m/f/d) Payroll Accounting

In this position, you will act as a reliable and service-oriented contact person for our employees and executives as well as cooperating institutions in all payroll-related and administratively relevant issues.

As a competent HR Specialist (m/f/d) Payroll Accounting, you will strengthen our team of five in Pfullendorf as part of a three-year parental leave replacement.
MAIN TASKS
--> Independent and timely execution of the monthly payroll accounting, in compliance with the relevant tax and social security regulations, for the assigned companies.
--> Competent contact person for compensation issues of our employees, executives and HR Business Partners
--> Reliable execution of all tax and social security relevant reports to social security agencies, tax offices and other authorities
--> Timely preparation of reports and statistics
--> Handling and support of the company pension scheme and long-term accounts
--> General personnel administrative tasks
--> Collaboration in projects, e.g. implementation of collective agreement requirements, interface optimization or cross-site issues
PROFILE
--> Completed commercial vocational training as well as several years of professional experience in payroll accounting (further training as a certified payroll accountant would be an advantage)
--> Up-to-date knowledge of labor, tax and social security law is a prerequisite; in addition, a solid knowledge of the collective bargaining law of the chemical industry will facilitate your entry into the company.
--> Good IT user skills in SAP HR R3, SuccessFactors as well as MS-Office
--> Accuracy in dealing with numbers
--> Reliable, careful and service-oriented way of working, ability to cope with pressure and enjoyment of working in a team characterize you
--> Trustworthiness rounds off your profile convincingly
