ReportWriter: Feature ASTNR (order status) from CCSS as feature in library?

Hello all,
I would like to make a distinction of internal orders according to their respective statuses within a ReportWriter report.
My current status is that within the structure CCSS also the field "ASTNR" - order status exists.
However, when creating a new library (verglecihbar 6o1) using the CCSS table, "Order Status" is not available to me as a characteristic.
Does anyone know a way to distinguish an order group according to the system status within a ReportWriter report?
Thanks in advance for any food for thought.
Many greetings
Andreas

    Short addition:
In the meantime, a research has shown that the characteristics can be extended by customerinclude CI_CC1Z within CCR1Z (additional structure of the reporting table CCSS).
    Background:
Within the table T804E are defined for the individual tables for the Report Writer report. For the table CCSS, the structure CCR1Z is also referenced. The customer include CI_CC1Z can be used to extend the additional structure with further characteristics.
Within the OSS note 403552 this is described with BELTP as an example. Due to lack of basic access I have no possibility to test this directly.
Therefore the question, if someone here has already made experiences with the addition of master data fields (such as the order status) to the structures? I would be very pleased about a short feedback.
    Best regards

    Hello MrBo,
thank you for the somewhat more detailed description and the idea of taking over cost center managers as a feature. At least your linked example shows me a suitable implementation. :-) While I probably have no way to insert ABAP code here (missing developer key), I think the approach for the order status should be comparable.
    Best regards
