Hello Anwo,
I am not aware of a corresponding customizing in the normal customizing. However, it is possible to add Cper SAP user exits (SMOD/CMOD) via the enhancement COOMKS02 "Cost center: Checks when saving" +COOMKS01.
The procedure is also described in OSS Note 379464.
