I have been working as an SAP consultant and developer for almost 2 decades now and I always get SAPscript forms with various customization requests on my desk.

At the beginning of my SAP career I had a SAP training on SAPscript, but I always lacked a colleague to ask when I was stuck, or at least a book to read. Somehow, hardly anyone knew anything about SAPscript, or didn't want to. So over the years, I've been learning more and more about the subject through trial-and-error and finally wrote a book about it myself.

I hope that this compact guide and the supplementary video tutorials will make life with SAPscript a little easier for many others.

Jörg Siebert has now also given me the opportunity to write my own blog in the FiCo forum and thus share my experience with others. I will try to share my SAPscript problems and their solutions with you, dear reader, at regular intervals.

My experience shows that in the SAP world one is rarely "spared" the topic of SAPscript. I hope that one or the other reader will find helpful tips and information.
